Partner Onboarding
We onboard delivery capability — not marketing. The process is short, governed, and designed to confirm fit before any project is activated.

Frequently asked questions
Q1: What sectors does Smart Gate operate in?
Smart Gate engages partners across eight illustrative domains — including AI & Data, Cybersecurity, IT Delivery, Industrial & OT,Engineering, High-Density Operations, Facility Management, and Workforce Readiness. Activation in any domain is demand-led — we engage partners only when current or anticipated Saudi client demand justifies it.
Q2: How long does onboarding take?
The qualification process is typically 2–4 weeks from initial inquiry to framework agreement, depending on capability documentation and
governance alignment requirements. Activation timing is separate and depends on project availability.
Q3: Does Smart Gate guarantee project activation after onboarding?
No. Onboarding qualifies your capability for inclusion in our active partner bench. Activation occurs only when a specific Saudi project requires your specialization — not on a schedule and not by quota.
Q4: How long is the partnership commitment?
Smart Gate partnerships operate within a long-term framework, with specific duration and terms agreed during commercial framework alignment.
The framework is structured to support sustained collaboration while allowing for individualized terms based on engagement model and partner profile.
Q5: What is the minimum commitment to get started?
There is no upfront financial commitment to begin the onboarding process. Smart Gate runs a structured fit-check first. Commercial terms — including financial structure and partnership duration — are agreed project-by-project and partner-by-partner after governance alignment is
complete.
Q6: Can we work with Smart Gate if we already have a Saudi client?
Yes — this is Model C. If you have an active Saudi opportunity but need a registered local counterparty, Smart Gate can act as your Saudi contracting and delivering entity. All client communications, deliverables, and final handover are issued under Smart Gate’s name. Reach out with your project details and we will confirm fit quickly.
