Three ways to engage Smart Gate

The right model depends on who originates the project. The contracting structure remains constant: Smart Gate holds the contract and leads delivery in all engagements.

The Three Models

MODEL A

Smart Gate Project, International Specialist Contributes

Smart Gate secures a project from the Saudi market — typically through direct client relationships or sister-entity demand. The international partner joins as the specialist capability layer, contributing technical expertise within Smart Gate’s framework and under Smart Gate’s name.

When to use

You have specialized capability in a domain where Smart Gate is actively delivering.

MODEL B

Smart Gate Sources, Partner Specializes

Smart Gate identifies a Saudi project requiring specific specialization not present in its active bench. The international partner is engaged for the technical delivery layer — under Smart Gate’s contracting and governance framework.

When to use

Smart Gate identifies a project that matches your specialization.

MODEL C

Partner-Originated, Smart Gate-Delivered

When an international company brings a Saudi opportunity but lacks a registered local presence, Smart Gate becomes the sole contracting and delivering party. We hold the contract. We lead client communication. Every deliverable, report, and final handover is issued under one name.

The partner contributes specialized capability within the framework. Outputs are transferred to Smart Gate for review and handover. Knowledge accumulates within Smart Gate over time — building Saudi capability with every engagement.

The arrangement is built for execution, built for protection, and built
to last.

When to use

You have a Saudi opportunity, the capability to deliver it, and need a registered Saudi counterparty to make it legally and operationally real.

One rule across all three models

Smart Gate is the legal counterparty and the lead delivering party in every engagement. International specialists contribute within Smart Gate's framework. The contracting structure is consistent. Partnership terms are agreed individually with each partner.
